Date Published:   2025-04-08

During the holy month of Ramadan 1446 (March 2–30, 2025), a heartfelt initiative known as the Iftar Project successfully delivered much-needed meals to 15,000 beneficiaries across 13 barangays in Sultan Mastura, Maguindanao.

The project aimed not only to ease hunger and thirst during the sacred time of fasting but also to foster a strong sense of community and spiritual togetherness. Over the course of 29 days, Iftar meals were consistently distributed, demonstrating the power of cooperation and compassion.

Despite challenges in logistics, transportation, and resource limitations, the project’s team—through close coordination with local stakeholders and barangay officials—ensured smooth implementation and garnered overwhelmingly positive feedback from the community.

Key Accomplishments:

  • Reached all target beneficiaries for the duration of Ramadan.

  • Reinforced communal bonds through shared meals.

  • Built strong relationships with local leaders and residents.

Moving Forward: The success of the Iftar Project highlights the need to continue and expand this initiative, reaching more areas and extending support to additional communities in future Ramadans.
